The representatives of the above defaulters are the law makers of the country besides running the governments. Many of the MPs and the MLAs are on the "Pay Rolls" of these defaulters. Banks on their own hardly can do any thing for their recovery. Only a mass movement can exert pressure on the Government to take stern action for their recovery. The individuals owning the above organisations should be exposed widely and their popularity should be ruined.
